I applied for a termination of contract and a refund and since one month they are just preparing the refund Cheque. I visited their finance department and they said we don’t find your request for refund. When ever u call them either they don’t answer or they transfer the call to automated service.

They signed agreements last year and promised price was 34 AED each bins loading for life time and sold their bins
Then second year they are asking 50 dirham per bins pick up and sales man talking very un respectful ????
You like continue or cancel that’s all

The cleaning truck is always closing the roads without any consideration of the people work and time which always cause a traffic in that area. They have to train the drivers to stop in the wide roads on the side not to interrupt the others. there should be an expert to monitor the cleaning trucks stands and the problems they cause for the audiences and find a solution. It is really annoying.

I believe every individual should be treated with respect and fairly. I called your office this morning to inquire for your crashing website for me to apply for any job vacancies. I was courteously directed by the operator to connect with the HR and when I greeted and attempted to explain my side, she immediately shutdown the phone.

I know we all have struggles most especially in these difficult times, but it would be good if we should treat and respond nicely to each questions asked.
