I had a great lunch here! Came from Dubai to visit Sharjah. My first stop was Al Qasba and I was hungry so I chose a restaurant that was a bit crowded. I made a good choice ☺️

We had the worst customer experience ever. The waiters are not well-trained because:

1- Tables were dirty when we arrived, and he put the menu on top until we asked him to clean it.
2- We asked for a cup of tea along with a plate of mint and lemon slices on the side from two waiters, and they totally ignored the mint and lemon part.
3- They put plastic spoons and forks, and when we asked them to change to the metal ones, the waiter was mean and provided fewer forks.
4- The outside chairs are super noisy when people move them, and the waiter keeps moving around and "fixing" them, which is super annoying.
5- We asked for a bottle of water, and they brought it with dirty plastic cups!
6- After we had coffee, we asked for a breakfast meal, and the waiter didn't clean the table. There was tissue paper on the table, and he was fine with keeping it and putting the food around it!

Although the food was not bad, I don't recommend this restaurant

Beit setti an amazing restaurant, affordable prices, excellent service, staff's so friendly and the food excellent. The decorations are wonderful and the outdoor adorable. I really recommend this restaurant it is one of the best in Sharjah.

I don’t like it when I write bad reviews, but I am seriously disappointed, I had a piece of aluminum foil, a big one in my hot chocolate in the first sip, I ask the waiter to change my cup, without making any fuss about it, I understand that sometimes this happened in the kitchen, but the fact that they hardly acknowledged that this happened not only that but I didn’t get any apologies for it. It shows the kind of quality and care. I was planning to have lunch in there, but not after what I experienced. I’m not sure that I would ever return to that restaurant. And I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Highly recommended by my friend who lived in Sharjah for a long time. She says it reminds her of her mom’s food. It’s delicious and I tried food I never had before such as fattet lesanat and chicken mottafeyeh. It has a grandma’s house vibes and even the plates have the flowers on them. I would come again here if I am around in Sharjah.

beit setti a place you must visit. I just left the restaurant some few minutes ago. Excellent food, amazing decorations, affordable prices and friendly staffs and wonderful service. I greatly recommend this Syrian cousin.
