Building Name: Al Nahda Towers

Extremely disappointed by the building manager Mr. Ameel and his authority Mr. Anwar.

Mr. Anwar is extremely rude and talk like he does his tenants a favor however does not realize that his salary comes from his tenants only. There is no flexibility in the building and you can never expect any help from them on any grounds. They change rules and regulations any time without any intimation and then they say this is how it is and tenants can leave the building if they want.

They wouldn’t even let us speak to any other authority and behave like mafias here.

This is being faced by the other tenants also recently with Mr. Ameel and Mr. Anwar. Not recommended at all to be residing in such rude management’s building.

I have written email to explain my problem and I have called to the main office and had the worst response … people sitting in main office (told his name is Anwar) doesn’t care about tenants and very rude …. they are not even ready to hear our problems .. worst management..

Its a real estate company. Plenty of residential and commercial buildings in sharjah. No comission for renting appartment. Maintenaince is completely free. Friendly staff. Also it owns 3 schools in sharjah. 3 hotels in dubai and sharjah.
You can get everything in one place for your buisness, residence, kids education and hotel.

Called to view an apartment, after reaching there it seems they decided to increase the rent by 3k in a matter of minutes and asked us to pay the money or keep looking. Not professional at all.

A truly dedicated business group who manages from schools to hotels and many...had a great chance to work with them since last 10.years. amazing experience.

Very poor maintenance services, they provide only very cheap utilities which break too fast. Also need to call much time to get maintenance service.
