After going around Kalba, me and my daughters decided to stop and have some authentic traditional food at this restaurant. We saw that, generally, the food was acceptable. First, we ordered sea food which wasn’t the best but still sufficed; the seafood however was served with one of the tastiest biryani rice. Second, we ordered the harees which greatly disappointed us. It did not taste like harees at all and came unsalted! At the end and as a dessert, we settled for the Luqaymat which were relatively good.

Cosy traditional place by the sea. There were some works going on in front of the place so we didnt get the sea view but I guess it is temporary. Interesting decor.
Nice outdoor sitting area (we chose to stay outside as I found it is a bit dark for me inside).Great service -lovely servers, managers and even the owner who we got to meet. Fantastic food. We had their signature seafood platter and it was great. We really enjoyed our lunch.

Had a wonderful lunch here: great details in the decoration and setting, and the food was delicious: we had the supreme fish and the shish taouk - both juicy and well-seasoned. Kids loved the traditional seating, and the service went above and beyond. We look forward to returning.
