There is no end to my frustration and disappointment!!! The only contact number is available to call you is not reachable, same with no answer via email! Placed the order, my card was charged, order supposed to be delivered already!!!! But I didn’t get neither order, or any respond from your side!!!!!! Is Is it new way of scamming ? And if your company is not operating anymore than you better shut it down!!!! So no transactions will be made!!!! Such a shameless scheme!!! Please contact me soon, or I’m going escalate this further!!!!
P.s.: Also on your website it says that my order is “completed”?! Order number is # 66431

I had been looking for a good tender meat for a long time and finally found the most delicious meat I could have hoped with the grass-fed Australian meat! I definitely recommend this product! But my wife who is a gluten-free freak is also a big fan of BioBox!

I ordered Fruits, Veggies and Meat, and honestly it's one of the best I have ever tasted. Came on time with the perfect packaging as well. Will definitely order again!!

The best online supermarket for healthier options and items that can't be found in the every day supermarket. It's not just an online supermarket it's an experience every time I order and I really feel part of the family. The quality is very high but not expensive. The customer service is exceptional.

I ordered on Biobox, it was delivered on time, packing was good with a paper bag, Fruits and vegetable are fresh. I would recommand to try Biobox for grocery ordering.

Everything here is expensive, claimed to be organic but no rules in UAE to define the organic product condition. Adding the word organic to item name doesn't mean price multiply by 5.
