Contrary to the reviews, we are satisfied with their services! Booked a cruise on Ocean Empress, all was good. The second time we booked the desert safari. We were picked up very early (the first ones to arrive at the camp) but overall the experience was superb. We will hire their services again.....as for the advance payment is concerned, they asked us also and we told them that we can't pay through international cards online and they accommodated our request and confirmed the bookings without any advance payments.

The crew onboard the cruise was superb and cooperative. The driver for the Safari was great.....the food in the cruise was cold but good and the BBQ on the desert safari was outstanding......

I personally had an amazing experience. Miss Nimra & Miss Ayesha were the ones I was coordinating with. They even upgraded us to the VIP cruise due to some issues with the ones we booked, which made my wife's birthday more special. Food was great too and they have an amazing package for alcohol. I'm definitely going to revisit with my family. Thanks a lot guys ❤️

We liked the overall arrangements. Food was really good. Best part- we got a free upgrade to VIP cruise at the price of Premium cruise.

Only point to note- the cruise did not visit Atlantis or Palm as was written in the itinerary.

I really enjoyed the trip with this blue beach tour. Really great atmosphere and great food staff are so helpful and professional and friendly .I recommend for all the people for you should try one time for tour beach experience. Thank you for your great hospitality. ????????❤❤❤❤❤✌✌✌ specially miss Nimra she is professional and dealing very politely such great staff thanks for the great service. ✌✌✌

Its really a great experience with them. Booking with them was a great choice for me. The food quality was little okaish but acoording the price they charge was worth.
Had so many options also for food. And dance floor is awesome and also the two lovely shows.

Would also thanks Miss Ayesha and Miss Nimra and the whole team.

We enjoyed our iftar at Cleopatra cruise. Everything was perfect: the cruise, the food, the entertainment on board. I was expecting some mess for 50AED, but was really surprised. Personnel were polite, fast and managing the crowd properly, so it was a pleasure time for my family. Thank you so much ????????????
Highly recommend. Next time will go to safari with these guys.
Don't expect 5* food and service for 50 AED, just go there with positive vibes and you will enjoy the evening ✊️

Your Staff Nimra spoke so rudely when enquired about the Birthday party, stating that they will only reply on wats up.
Train your staff basic manners to talk to customers.
