Really cool to see the church, and the very interesting gravestones it has in its grounds. They’re located in a building to the left of the church as you come in at the front, and there are some more in an area with a small wall around it. Would recommend as they’re really interesting. Unfortunately the church is now closed, but if they make it into a museum or something else, it would be quite nice.

Awesome find just off the tiny village of Kilmartin opposite the wee white pub there is a church yard showing this beautiful burial slabs from 1200 through until the mid 18th Century.

The old church was temporarily closed but the view is stunning and some of the stone carvings are still accessible via the graveyard. Very interesting place with an aura about it.

The church was closed but the other covers were available to view .
The new museum was still not ready to open as yet but looks very interesting to visit once open

Der Friedhof und die Sammlung historischer Grabsteine ist wirklich beeindruckend. Leider war die Kirche geschlossen, so dass wir uns davon keinen Eindruck holen konnten. Der Blick vom Friedhof ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön. Empfehlen kann ich den kleinen Wanderweg in Tahl zu den historischen Städten, Steinhügelgräbern und Steinringanlagen zu nehmen.
