One of the co ordinator (manager) try to cheat & talk in worst way...not customer friendly.. but arbab talks in good manner...i felt money minded people in their team can spoil the customer relation ..if they train them in proper way that how to deal with customer friendly, they can get more profit in their business ..think blue star ..
