Cheaters. Liars. Thieves. Paid 1000dhs for 6 months membership. They shut without notice 10 days after I joined. After calling them they promised me a refund. It will be issued in 2-3 weeks. It’s been 6 months. They stopped replying to messages. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs and waiting to hear back

You are group of liars. Took full money from us in the name of gym membership and personal training and suddenly closed the gym . Been 3 months following up for my refund but there is no proper response from the staff and they deal very unprofessionally. Without any notice u closed the gym. Unprofessional management, bunch of frauds from management to staff. Nobody is taking responsibility.. In fact your own staff is proudly speaking of accomplishment of renovation work at the body and soul Ajman branch. You frauds use our money to renovate the gym and not refunding back to us.

Closed the gym after charging me for 3 months, I was only able to use the facility for a little over 2 weeks. They said they would refund but cut off contact, their numbers are dead, there is no contact and nobody at the facility. Absolute SCAM from Thumbay group of companies.

I was so excited to finally join gym and start my fitness journey. My dreams came shattered when they took the full money and closed the facility the very next day stating "temporary circumstances". What amused me was them being cool about it and asked me to go to their ajman branch which is 40 mins away from where I live. Now, I'm trying to get my money back. (Note that I didn't even use their facility for even a day) But unfortunately, I think I'm going to struggle for sometime.

I am a member in this club since February. This is my third gym. I will never change. The team is great. The gym is clean. I have toned up with a great PT ( Thabassum) who is very knowledgeable and monitors my every move. The 2 lovely ladies at the reception are always ready to answer any queries updates me with the best offers available. Well done and Thank you.

This health club is just amazing. Here everything is perfect. The gym, pool, washroom, changing room, aerobics hall everything is very clean and hygienic. Especially the trainer Tabassum. I highly recommend tabbassum for training and exercise as she is the best trainer i have ever seen. Amazing service by body and soul health club. Highly recommended 100/100!!!

Beware of these cheaters!! I had an expensive family annual membership of this gym as it is based in the building I live in. Just couple of months into my membership, they just folded up and disappeared one fine day without informing any of their customers. They just left an email I'd to which I have written repeatedly, only to get false promises of refund. Its been almost 6 months now and no refund in sight. Cheaters!

Gym is very clean and hygienic, it's big and spacious with all the machines, swimming pool, shower room and zumba room available. Special mention to Tabassum, lovely and sweet lady. Amazing trainer with very high intensity workouts. She is very energetic, strong and powerful and encourages ladies in class to try their best. And special thanks to the gym manager; Ms. Ghada, for the best management, she is a very kind and awesome lady. And thanks for all the trainers and staff in Body and Soul Gym, Samnan for their hardwork and kindness
