I just got the worst embarrassment today!
I buy at Burger King virtually everyday.
this lady in the picture with the arrow need training and grooming.
we stopped at the mall to use the ATM, then stopped by your shop to get ice cream.
An Asian lady attended to us. we paid 100Dh, seem they was no change and she was polite to inform. Before she was even done talking this African lady rudely came and throw the money back to us saying rudely the is no change. Calmly i took the cash to Texas chicken to get a wrab then came back. I called her to inform her that what she did was very wrong and behold she started shouting at me that she did nothing wrong before her supervisor and other staffs. The supervisor later called her inside to talk to her but seem she's the stubborn type. she came outside to say boldly there was no ice cream and my sister and I will not be served. The supervisor himself served me and we left.
I am african too but wrong is wrong and this incident should be dealt with.I don't how many more of Burger kings customers can be retained by such irresponsible staffs.

Had the chicken steakhouse burger and it was good, though not extraordinary. The burger is king size though, very fulfilling. The chicken steak and possibly beef bacon made a good combination along with other veggies. The presence of bbq sauce was dominant. All the burgers, chicken or burger are worth trying.

What kind of Burgers they are selling I don't know! I think this Burger King is not a part of the "Burger King" chain. Worst taste of the patty of burger. Completely no taste. I have never tasted this kind of Tasteless Burger except this till date! The local shops are better. The worst thing is this is inside a mall and how is it surviving I don't know!

Supervisor Tamang seems to be tired all the time. No courtesy on answering queries and not open to suggestion. Maybe the management should give her a rest for peace of mind.

I believe the franchise needs to toughen up a bit on the franchisees in general when it comes to Burger King, there were days when franchisees were forced to rename the chicken whopper because it wasn't up to standards. Now there is more than that on the line.

2Dhs ice cream is HORRIBLE. It tasted like water ice-cream. McDonald's Ice cream is better than this. I should have donated My 2Dhs to charity, rather than this horrendous place.

Customer service was good by staff this time but needs to improve a lot as compared to competition. Their meal menu are quantative good but qualitative not at all comparable with other burger joints like McDonald ,Texas Chicken & Wendy's. I ordered spicy meal but both burgers were tasteless with just mayo & one ???? leaf that's it. Fries were not prepared properly looks like in hurry with no salt.

Menu items needs to improve to be inline with competition in market.

Extremely slow no one cares and for 1 sandwich took 20mim to get ready and none is in queue except me ...woow the standards and quality went so low not like how it used to be or nothing compared to the competitors..
