Good taste but need to wait 40 to 50 iff one person buying there only one staff he taking too much time to prepare .iff free visit there otherwise choose some other.....

You ruin the design of your own cake! at least you should write the greetings in a nice, readable and professional way! Blaming the weather as an excuse is unacceptable!
Instead of offering a replacement you asked the customer to fix it ourselves!!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
