Location is convenient, Corniche, Sharjah City Center, local supermarkets and bus stop to Dubai are all within walking distance. Living in the building for almost four years now, management is easy to talk to about any concerns like maintenance or rent. Hallways are always clean, cleaning staff are always responsive. Rent is also affordable.

Each apartment has a different owner, and the company managing everything is the WORST, forget about any services, forget about using any facilities, but they still charge you EXTRA 2000 every year for commission and other useless things, it is the cheapest in the area for a reason, you have to do all servicing from your side, i feel sad for the owners of the apartments as they're suffering the same as the tenants, and they can't do anything about it. Dealing with an owner directly is your best choice, if you manage to do so.

Location is so convenient and easy to get taxi and walking distance from Sharjah city centre , al Majaz park and Dubai bus stop too and so many local supermarket around. Building is neat n clean and even floors corridors are always clean and Staff are helpful. Management are so supportive and helpful and family environment too.

I am living in the Capital Tower for More than 10 years now.
very peaceful and safe.
Good supportive management.
Clean building .
Maintenance done properly.

Thanks for the management team of this building , including securities and cleaners.

اتواجد بالبرج منذ خمس سنوات تقريبا وتتوافر فيه اعمال الصيانه والنظافة بصفه مستمرة كما ان الادارة بالبرج متعاونه ومحترمه ولا توجد به اى مشاكل.

friendly local pub, juke box, pool table, darts and large screen TV. Enclosed beer garden and yard to rear of pub....clean inside and out .....drop off / pick up bay outside main entrance of pub. everything you would expect of a local pub

Lovely pub, only stopped for a drink since we was already had plans going out but definitely would go back for another one! Very cheap too

What an atmosphere.... It was Great.
And that was.... Wait for it..... A WAKE.
Celebrated the deseased in style.
All jokes asside.
The Plough has a Great Reputation and is an Avid Supporter of The Royal British Legion.... For which every serviceman and woman present and past say... Thank You.
To visitors on a RIDEAROUND the valley.
I always suggest The Plough.
Good People
Good Snacks.

Decent pub. Normally entertainment on Friday nights. And sky sports. Pints are expensive compared to next door.
