I went there not too long ago. And I also went there when it first opened. It was a good mall with many experiences many new shops, new looks and many things to explore and to see. The visit there was pleasant and even how it looks from the outside which looks nice and so as for the parking area considering it's new can't say I was surprised it looked alright. I would very much so recommend it to anyone who enjoys malls and discovering new things. And I would also to go the it again. It is in a Mini mall called Matajer and many of them are available all over the United Arab Emirates and you can shop and get all you daily needs and groceries over there.

Very bad service. This branch is badly managed. Most of the times they’re having only one cashier (At 20:30 on a Friday). There Arabic speaking staff are very loud when they speak to each other, which is very disrespectful towards their customers. Their masks are on their necks, instead of having it on their mouth and nose. ????????

The worst branch I guess, I’ve lived in that area 4 years and its the same! I think they have lack of management

If you want to grab something fast and be on your way this is NOT the place to come my dear, it might take minimum 15 to 20 mins for a cocacola can due to lack of cashiers, also the slow action when you ask for something..

They have a real problem of re stocking! When i buy something and comeback after 3 days I'll not find the item. This will continue for weeks sometimes. Also, in Muscat branches they are doing a little bit better but in Barka branch its horrendous! I like to shop there but many times I'll not find what i want even though it's common so i go to the main competitor!

Despite being a very busy location with so many customers who really don't care much , the staff are always smiling , from supervisor to the man who help packing . It gives me a good feeling shopping there.
