Horrible service. Horrible customer service. They told me my car would be back in 2 days and it took them 8 days to finish the repair for something that was not major. The quality of the work done is also not up to the standards of a big car garage. It would be more advisable to do your repair in a small garage than come here. They are more interested in how they can make money of the insurance companies and do not care about the work they do on your car.

Really bad experience with these guys, had given my car for repair, got it back after a month. They had promised me that I will get it back in 6 days.

The store managers are helpful, at least some of them.

I had to make endless call (most went unanswered) to know the status of my vehicle every 2 days instead of them calling me and informing me.

They were indifferent to the complains I had. Every time I called they said they would call back the day after but this was not the case ever.

I would definitely not recommended this workshop

I had to take my car there because of my insurance. They have a very bad customer care. They are not helpful and the management dont listen. After 10 days I went to receive back my car, but I found it not finished even though they told me it is. The paint quality was the worst. I would never suggest this place to anyone. I asked for a list of the works done on the car, but they refused to give me that. NOT professional at all.

They changed the break bads and the break discs but after driving my car there were a very loud metallic fraction for more than a weak.
Also they changed the petrol filter but after 5 days of driving the car, I smelt as if there is a leak of petrol.
This is Not the 1st experience with those guys and the same bad impression still exist.
The last advice is: take care as they may destroy some parts of your car, i think they did with my wife's car and also with my own car.

I'm very disappointed with their work. Had an accident. Oman Insurance pointed me to here. Kept car there for more than 3 weeks. Now having multiple issues. Took car there again and again. Every time they would say fixed. But I'm having the same issue. Well, I'll complain to Oman Insurance aa well.

Horrible customer service and cheaters. Manager is a bully.
Gave my car for paint. They damaged some mechanical parts and asked me to again pay to repair for their mistake.
Take care when receiving the car because there's no guarantee that it'll be the same.

Very bad experience. Poor customer service, poor quality of work. The paint color was totally mismatching. Many other issues as well. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Very un professional located in off road location you need to have 4x4 to go as not at all suitable for ladies to travel on there own there and staff is scattered around everyone will say goto office and you wont find any one in office.this is specifically for shj br
