We have been tenants here for seven years on now and the services and facilities are simply amazing. Location is perfect being in Centre of city and is easily accessible to anything.Any issues , the staff is prompt in any service and repair.
Ms Suhaila is very kind and generous. Thanks.

Still the mall is not open..the building - flats are very very dirty,with too much cockroaches.. swimming pool is dangerous because it's all damaged, Garage always smells bad because of the workers they are cooking in their room,and maybe don't have AC in their room coz the door from them is always open... air condition is always closed on Korridor to save money..it's horrible.. never ever i would like to live there..even if it's for free

I work at al Marzouqi Towers at cg mall and the maintenance and security is very good.

The worst experience in my life was living in this building CG Mall (Al marzouqy towers) please be aware of those people in rental office (especially Mr. Ahmed Roushdy) as they put one term in the contract that before 2 months of the end of your contract you must visit the office to renew the contract otherwise you should pay 2 months rent as fines if you didn't renew. For myself I thought it was meant that I just need to notify that I will leave the flat 2 months before the end of contract which I actually did but the fact they had bad intentions with such term that you must renew your contract or pay 2 months rent as fines in addition to the non refund of the security deposit. As I refused to pay and I shifted to new home and I submitted request in municipality to give them the flat keys the owner raise a case against me in the court saying that I am still occupying the flat and I am not paying the rent as he renewed the contract automatically from hiside and after 8 months of leaving the flat I received message from the court saying I have to pay one year rent plus 2 months rent fines (Total of 81500 dhs eighty one thousand five hundred ) for a flat which I am not living in otherwise I will go to jail.
