Just today my wife ordered from here. Later she went to upgrade the order and they charged her for 2 separate orders and served only one. They are extremely understaffed and the language barrier is just to big. International chains should have people serving in languages that the client speak or at least in proper English. Never again!

It's tooooo expensive now, what happened
For this shops, the chicken sandwich was 21 Aed
Now 30 aed ???? ???? it's not logical

Worst taste ever it was very salty and barely was able to eat a bit. Not worth a dime

The food is the normal standard of Charley's. The service? Worst experience out of all the branches. We had to wait 20 minutes in the queue and an additional 20 minutes for the food to be ready. Mind you, there was not a super large queue maybe 3 people ahead of me. Why on a Friday your entire operations are ran by two people? One person on the grill and one person on the cash+dispatching orders+ filling up the drinks? The poor woman was so apologetic but it's not her fault. Support her with more people. Not good at all.

1 star because of very slow serving time and i guess staff is new and have less experience to handle the peak hours in the mall
