The chicken tasted very disgusting. It was so undercooked. I got another one, the texture was still off. I think the chicken they are using now is of very low quality. I really used to love this place but this was a horrible experience. Do not bother yourself.

Dry and old bread, chicken was pre cooked and reheated. Total waste of money.

Very nice crispy tender chicken, sauces are nice and tasty and burgers are well presented and not oily which is amazing. The reason I gave 3 stars is because they don't have dine in option and value for money isn't there. The prices are way too expensive for only a chicken burger without any fries or drinks.

Price is average, size is small, the taste was good but the texture isn’t the best, it seems clean but not very fresh, chicken was hard and the bread was breaking

This is for an order I received in Dubai via Deliveroo. In summary, a disgusting burger/sandwich that the person who made should be ashamed of. We were both so excited to see a fried chicken sandwich made with toasted bread as opposed to a bun, especially the overused brioche or potato buns. They call it the 'Signature' so should be pretty good right? WRONG... what we got were two identically horrible sandwiches, the main problem? The chicken, I'm quite sure this was frozen chicken, but what I'm not sure about is how old it was, I can be sure it certainly wasn't recent, both of us could barely bite thru the chicken flesh it was so rubbery and tough. I kid you not, we both spat out the bite we took, I attempted another bite from a different part of the burger but it was just as bad. Both were immediately binned. I called the contact number to give my feedback, the gentlemen that answered sounded like he was at a circus there was so much noise in the background and he was clearly not concerned with what I had to say, I made it clear I wasn't asking for my money back but just wanted to let him know how bad the product was that we received, he proceeded to give me another contact number which I messaged only to be told I would certainly be called the next day... of course nobody called. These ppl don't care about their food, their product or their customers. I would strongly advise against ordering from here, there are a plethora of other choices to select from, ALL are better than this place. If they put half the effort into the food as they do their packaging they might make something worth eating. Pathetic.
