Partiality between customers by Vegetable section staff. When some ask for better leaves or fruits, he will not take and then when other people will ask he will give. We are also paying money. Usually the staffs are good especially in Dubai branches. Unexpected and poor experience.

I love this supermarket. Staffs are friendly. And everything are available here. Price is good and there is available money exchange inside and you won't go out anymore if you need to send money to your family .

In Mithas,the guy who handle cash counter, he was very rude to me and other customers as well. He doesn’t have manners to talk I just ask him what items u have he replied me in very bad way. He said u can’t see menu out side I was only alone customer I feel really humiliated that time

I recently visited Choithram in Sharjah and had a wonderful experience. The store is well-organized and has a great selection of products. Not much offers even in Ramadan also. Most of the items were not priced need to depend on cashiers to get to know the price. Fruits are not totally fresh I could feel the fruits are crushed due to improper transportation.

Used to be the go-to supermarket with a lot of promotions with very low prices with good customer service. All that has changed for more than a year. Normal prices are very high, and promotional prices are high, too. Customer service is also not the same as before.
