Being a movie enthusiasist and theatre fan, I missed that wholesome entertainment factor here. We can watch 4K Atmos movies from Kerala with superb picture and sound quality on a competitive ticket price. The ticket rate here was less compared to other multiplexes on Monday and Tuesday, it's 31.50 AED on their standard and macro screen except the recliners. From Wednesday to Sunday, the rate increases to above 40.
Macro is their largest screen format, bigger than the normal standard auditorium but not bigger than the Vox Max. One of the seats which we used was faulty. In the I row, middle chair. Don't remember the seat number.
Overall, it was a decent experience except the sound quality.

I love cinepolis and their offers and seating!!
However there things I observed repetitively and I see no improvement!!!
-u003e Hall is not pinch dark and exit light are distracting the movie screen. I know those light are mandatory but it shouldn't effect the quality of cinema experience!!
-u003e inspit of exit light, cinepolis staff keep coming in and out with snacks and they keep the door open!! I myself closed door 4 times!! Light distraction you see in the photo i attached..
-u003e Movie starts so quick!! Before anyone could settle, movie already started !! other theater gives 10 to 15mins !!
-u003e Need to improve customer service!! Staff interaction with customer are poor and they don't take initiative..before understanding they starts with excuses !!

We made the team stop the movie due to bad experience
By giving all this money without any offer its unworthy to watch a very good experience movie with this bad quality of screen presence.

Too much ads repeated sound create headache in interval time. Booking in kiosks high price compare to other way of booking ticket. Many time i have visited in ticket counter only one person now a days need to wait in long que for ticketing. I never saw like this kids theater anywhere. Realy my kids enjoyed. Inside theater play area. My kids 3 year old They enjoyed alot. Please try this kids screen 3 in cinepolis. Peace full and lot of parking. Easy access to theater. No need to walk long distance.
