The guy from Philippines in the counter is 0% professional, he doesn't wanna listen or guide me even by handing over the menu, he was busy on doing something else.

Anyway cofee was good, but poor service.
Never coming back, there are places serving better.

Not deserve 2 start very bad staff specialty the supervisor if they not improve the quality of service they will lose a customer soon even if we love the cinnabon

When I was there my food was filled with hair and when I asked for a refund or anything I was told I was not able to get one and I spent most of my time asking for a refund and he kept refusing and I had the worst experience and I will not be coming back

The worst cinnabon in uae !!! The worst costumer service!! I dont advise any one to come here !! Because they treat the people like an animal!!!

Cinnabon in the UAE is the best. Fresh, moist & a generous amount of toppings.
We can never walk past one without purchasing ????
