GREAT SERVICE AND BEST RATES

City Exchange provides personalized serviice and the best rates. Though I have been using them for almost 12 years, I never had to visit the branch. All the managers have been excellent. I fondly remember Aby who was the first one with whom I dealt with.

Some spectacularly charmless service on the Click and Collect counter this afternoon.
What happened to training so that all employees understand the appropriate tone to use?
Poor.

A previously excellent supermarket has been degraded by the removal of almost all customer-facing staff, save for an extremely helpful but chronically overworked store manager who has been reduced to scuttling between self-service checkouts to assist elderly customers and fix frequent till malfunctions. A totally unethical pivot which has rendered the in-person shopping experience uncomfortable and depressing.

The lack of humans operating the tills makes very unconfortable to buy here if you are planning to adquire more than handfull of items. The self checkout tills are tiny, and supervised by one single member of the staff, often incapable of attend the constant requests of the self checkout tills.
Avoid this supermarket unless you desire to pay to do the work that M&S should be paying other humans for.

Took forever to get a bottle of wine approved and untagged on the self checkout as the staff member was too busy showing off and cracking wise to move around each till helping people. We had to wait 10 minutes and he kept walking past us to go chat with other customers and acting the comedian, then became rude when we pointed out we'd been waiting a long time for one item. Could have done a big shop in less time!

I always have a pleasant experience here. It's well stocked (though I'd love a bigger bakery section) and I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Particular shout-out to a guy named Reuben (or something along those lines), as his customer service often brightens up my day. ????????

Customer service is really very very good. Everyone has been incredibly lovely. Margaret especially has been super helpful.

Sometime in Nov 2021:
I’ve always found the store to be clean, well stocked, and with friendly and engaging staff. The combination makes for good experiences.
