Very much bad service.
Even if you ask for mentinence there is no response.
They cut alot of charges from deposit.
Fisrt they agreed we are mistaken we didnt send maintinence but upon leaving flat they didnt even remember.
Be care full.
Even they charge 21 dirham for giving you remaining balance in shape of chqeue charges.
If ylu request them for papper work make it little fast they will deni there answer is we are not responsible even they are sitting in side of the office

my building manage Ms. Laila, she is wonderful, my 2 years old baby girl got stuck in washroom, I called her for maintenance help to open the door, she took it very seriously, she called me after 5 minutes asking if the maintenance has arrived, then she called asking if we managed to take the baby out, such time when you need someone and you find them, this is the time that matters the best

Of course all the comments are 100% correct, I don't think there is such a bad company in Dubai, definitely don't choose it because even if you call their office, they don't pick up the phone, they don't keep even the promises made at the time of signing the contract, and if we want to change the flat, we have to pay cash which is not available anywhere in the world, so be careful.

I’m not recommended to any one, this is worst experience in my life in Sharjah with this real estate very very very bad maintenance service.

Avoid properties managed by this company like a plague. Their maintenance staff is incompetent and the company doesnt take care of maintenance issues. There is no way to reach out to the management to complain about unresolved maintenance issues either through email (all emails are ignored or bounces back, including ones sent to their boss Mr. Shaibani) or through phone. We rent a villa in Al Garhoud which has been plagued with issues. This company is a joke. They will probably reach out to me in response to this post asking to call their number or email them, both of which i have done atleast 10 times in the last 2 month, so please dont bother.

I have just had ear wax removal by micro suction here
Zara is brilliant ..very friendly did a great job ????
I will definitely return if need be in the future .
I highly recommend this treatment and this pharmacy ????thankyou Zara

Excellent service, the staff are always friendly. I couldn't get to the pharmacy this week as I have Covid and didn't want to spread it, I asked if they could deliver my prescription and it arrived in less than two hours.

Good lovely staff, brings back good memories spending£5 of my first wages in this chemist shop, yovan musk oil. All the things you sell sweets drinks makes you forget your health problems. But in saying that you are also great for medical advice. Handy and personal thanks x

Absolutely disgusting prices, just been in to get some painkillers and TCP, 100ML bottle is priced at £5.49
Just looked up prices on boots, tesco and loyds pharmacy and the most expensive was £5.00 for a 200ml bottle and 100ml is around £2.99 , no wonder people have no respect for this chemist anymore, there just after money.

I have to say this chemist is getting worse by the day it appears to be in chaos behind the counter. Didn’t have an item in so would order it it will be in the next day.Next day comes wait in a queue for 20 mins to be told it wasn’t ordered and would be ordered today Friday Saturday tried ringing for 30mins with no answer. So get ready walk up and wait 35minutes in a queue to be told that it hasn’t come in on the delivery. Checks to see if it’s in stock it is and it’s ordered again for Monday It’s pain relief so will just after suffer !!!!!!!

Had difficulty getting prescription Davidson’s staff phoned around and sorted it for me, excellent service and would recommend this chemist, no can u wait for 20 mins while it’s made up like you get in other chemists. Staff go out their way to deliver a really professional job.

Moved here because it was close and delivered, Boy do i regret it, only every delivered it once on time i have to try to phone them every month but the phone hangs up on you so its another drive down there to see thats its not done and another execuse.
