We were 3 of us; 2 adults and a child of 8 years. This was made clear during booking. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only a queen-sized bed. The hotel completely refused to accommodate the 3rd person and said we should adjust ourselves in the room. No sofa bed, no mattress whatsoever. Moreover, the central AC in the room tended to blast cool air at intervals and when it was not doing so, the room got a bit warm.

There's also no bellman, you carry your own luggage.

Breakfast has good options, and the management prepared suhoor for us when we needed to fast on one of the days.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff (Mr Akash)were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had a wonderful experience at the City max hotel in Sharjah. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Hose keeping staff Mehedi your cleaning and maintaining was Excellent. I appreciate you

Personally haven’t stayed in this hotel however visited a close friend who was staying here. Good ambience, very clean. Most of the time customer service is great and respectable. There was one time when we visited that they requested our ID for security purposes. That’s fine but felt a little odd that they didn’t come to the room to collect and rather our friend had to take the ID to the reception. Probably there was some reason for that. Prompt customer service 24 hours ???? they have a service of checking baggage weight. Very convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional housekeeping service provided by "Islam". He went above and beyond to ensure that my room was always clean and tidy, and that I had everything I needed during my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Receptionists at the front desk were very helpful and the rooms cleanliness was managed by Akash. He did a fantastic job in ensuring all my needs were seen to. Impeccable service and friendly staff.

Nice and comfortable stay .. great prices and food was also great in buffet.
The staff is very friendly and helpful especially main supervisor Ramesh and team, Chef Anand and Rohit from housekeeping.
Will come back again for sure
