There definitely cant be fire 24/7 but they uselessly keep checking their horns every 15 mins, including midnight, making sure no one sleeps in neighborhood

I have been thinking about selling my property in Bodmin and Paige at Bradleys, Liskeard was recommended to me for a Market Valuation. I got in touch and booked an appointment. Paige’s enthusiasm about all things property, her great local knowledge and advice are just a couple of the positive points I could make. Whilst it’s the early stages of my future plans Paige did not mind taking the time to talk things through with me. I look forward to getting my house on the market soon knowing it will be in the most capable hands.

I purchased a property through Bradleys Liskeard. Martin came out to value our property and was the highest value out of the 4 agents. We had a 3d tour, professional photography done and sold for full asking price within 2 weeks. We were so happy . The Bradleys Liskeard team were amazing and we cant thank you all enough. I cannot fault the service I received from Bradleys. The sales, marketing and progression team were excellent, great communication and they dealt promptly with every enquiry leading to the sale of my property. I have dealt with many other Estate Agencies who have over promised, given highly inflated valuations leading to delays in sale, in my opinion Bradleys gave a realistic valuation and managed the expectations of all parties very well.

Viewed a property through Bradley‘s estate agents, although we didn’t buy the property Martin, page, George and Charlotte were fantastic. We wish them all the best and if we could’ve bought a property through then we would’ve. we’ve now purchased a perfect family home but thank you very much Bradley‘s estate agents in Liskeard.

Bradleys did a great job selling my house during a tough market. Communication was always very good, with prompt feedback after every viewing. Amanda even helped me to resolve a dispute with the utilities company months after the sale had completed- above and beyond the call of duty for sure! Definitely recommend.
