They have decent apartments around sharjah area.
Family owned private towers. But laid back attitude from top to bottom. I took an apartment for rent, very uneasy staffs at the office. 95% of the employees are other arabs, barely understands English, and harsh behavior of employees makes maintainance unattended for months. They are very attentive about rent and cheques, but no guarantee of service quality or dealings. Absolute disaster i must say.

Worst maintenance service. They do not even trun up for pipe and electric service . Very irresponsible management people. Rude and harsh behavior.
