One of the best building in Sharjah. Huge apartments. All amenities are close by including beautiful masjid. The caretaker and the staff are helpful and accommodating. The maintenance is good and the staff is courteous. They will try every possible effort.

The worst real estate office I have ever seen.
Bad customer service, delay in attesting the contract, high commission, very bad maintenance service for the buildings they are handling, insurance fees paid for fake building insurance which they dont have at all, book and typing costs 200 instead of 100, commission fee at every renewal, you have to pay everything in advance without any guarantee, etc.....
Not recommended at all.

Bad experience with them . Maintenance is not good if any damage is happening they will charge you. You have always to pay extra charge.
Garbage chute is always open not fixed so you can imagine the smell in the corridor.

The worst worst real estate !! bad maintenance always take money for maintenance and still deduct from deposit. They are extremely greedy !! should be reported to the ministry!!!

Very bad maintenance. The kitchen door is broken from a year not corrected.

Had a morning in Lincoln, and thought we would take the kids here. So glad I did! Beautiful setting, with vast amounts of grass, lots of hills, and steps. Well kept equipment, and plenty to play on. Lots of ducks to feed if you walk further down the hills. Definitely will be back.

My three year old enjoyed this park, it was just right for him, but no swings, however the climbimg frame is really fantastic, multi levels. Not busy, parking was on street near by, due to time of year, feb, not busy at all. We will come back again and recomend the Park as a nice compliment to the main park which is a beautiful place to walk, run and play.
