Never ever choose this bank. Made me to wait 2 hours to withdraw my money. Made me to call the customer care infront of them to clarify their internal issues.

Minimum charge for open account so expensive & the less ATM in Uae cities. Ajman zero ATM & Bracn were closed 3 years back. Complicated online service.they Close your account without any official notification for the reason

Worst bank ever . Tokens are called randomly .. estimated waiting time will be shown 5 minutes and then will call only after 1 or 1 and half hours .. customer service is pathetic.
Being a company account holder service is pathetic. cant imagine what they offer for personal banking.

Worst customer service ever! Token system not followed. Go there if you are prepared to spend half a day awaiting to be served.
They have only 1 customer service staff.

Worst Service in all scenario..
I have a business account since July 2018
Never experienced good service...
While starting the Minimum balance was AED 10K, while heard of being increased to AED 25K and started deduction of many charges.
Now they says AED 50K is minimum balance for business account to avoid any charges... now i have decided to cancel the account..
And technology is much innovated, still they need customers to walk in and submit the documents to update in their system.......that even need a covering letter while submitting such documents.
Service charges are always on time deduction and they not bother customer..

Worst banking customer counterns service, they dont know what they are doing. my account debit card was change due to lost card, they changed it then they did not say that they have increased the salary limit. they just lock it and say i cannot get my money, what the f××× ???!!! i will call central bank to compalain

This bank was really having a worst customer service staff .. especially here in Sharjah Branch staff was very rude and un accommodating if they don’t want to work let them stay at home and quarantine there behavior the way they assist customer as if they don’t want to assist there body language and the way they talk there pushing right away the customer to go .. my god if you don’t want to work get out in that room and stay at home only ., so you won’t be disturbed .. remember you carry the name of the bank with your attitude ..I visit the bank today in Sharjah branch at 11:10 am and very dissapointed and frustrated with that staff .. please cbi teach your staff to have a good customer service ., train them to be cheerful n assist custumer with smile

Poor service,not professional,poor customer support,will tell one details during account opening ,later will change the policy and they claim they have sent details of changes ....
Then start charging based on the changes ...
Do not update any details over email....
Poor customer service......
Works in a century old platform......
Poor in technology updation ......
I would strongly recommend not to bank with these people ......
Attitude on relation ship officers are not to the industry standards.....

Free car park overlooking a majestic view of Surrey. You can easily access some shops and restaurants nearby and the Shere Museum.

Car park is popular during bank holidays so best to visit Shere before peak hours.

Convenient car park for having a wander around. Free of charge which is great but sometimes you have to queue for a space. Especially on football day.

Very beautiful and outstanding surroundings, my girls love to paddle in the stream by the shops. Word to the wise there is a 20 mph speed limit I'm place which is policed and filmed by the local resident.

A well located car park for Shere and the surrounding area. Great place to start walks etc. Does get busy though and often no space or a wait to get one.
