Just want to say a massive thank you to Dario and his team at the practice. I received the final part of my dental implant yesterday and I am over the moon with how the whole process has gone over the last 7/8 months. He put my mind at ease from day 1 and for the first time ever I have not been worried about visiting the dentist. I finally have my smile and confidence back! :)
Also big thank you to Sue and the reception staff for being warm and welcoming at every visit.

Great dental practice all round! Reception staff are lovely and incredibly helpful (Sue in particular). I needed an urgent appointment recently and they did everything they could to get me sorted. Very understanding and caring too, which is appreciated when you're feeling miserable. I've seen Gwen for my appointments who is also wonderful - very friendly, caring, thorough and gave me good advice for what I need to be doing. Definitely recommend! :)

This dental practice was, considering I had the fear of God in me, amazing. Big shout out to Sue the receptionist who is a beautiful soul and was a kind, friendly and reassuring presence that really helped ease my anxiety, the other young lady (forgive me for not getting your name) at reception was also very pleasant, helpful and reassuring also. And THAT is just my arrival.

My appointment was with Gwen and upon entering the last place I wanted to be I felt quite calm. Gwen was lovely. Friendly, polite, professional and thorough, I felt very much at ease in her hands and found the experience far less intimidating than I imagined it.

I believe that after decades of having no sense of community and connection, like we did back in day, I have finally found a dentist that can possibly offer that and this practice will certainly be the one I return to. Thank you so much.

I brought my daughter in for her first ever dental appointment and it went so well! As it was such a new experience for my daughter, I was a little bit unsure how she'd take the experience herself. Every staff member we saw was so patient, calm and welcoming! I was told my daughter was to be seen again in 12 months, but she's already excited to return! Sylvia was so lovely and patient and all reception staff were so accommodating! Such an improvement from both Oasis and Bupa who were previously there! Thank you all :)

I suffer with really high anxiety in general, Eirlys dentists I would recommend to anyone. The service is of a very high standard and all the staff are so friendly. The reception team is very welcoming and always trying to help. I saw Gwen who was very thorough, calming and very professional. I felt very at ease and relaxed. Great work guys :)

Wow! I'm 46 years old and today is the best and most positive dental appointment and experience I've ever had. I saw Gwen this morning, she is lovely, really thorough, explained everything brilliantly and is very calm and I felt totally cared about and really well informed to keep looking after my teeth really well between appointments. Nurse Faye is also lovely and the receptionists Sue and Catrin are really friendly and welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Many congratulations and thanks to the owner for creating a wonderful dentists and employing great staff and keep up the great work everyone. Much appreciated and many thanks. Highly recommended.

Eirlys Dental Practice is the best dentist I have been to and I can't praise and highly recommend them enough for their all round Excellent and professional service. The reception staff are so very kind, caring and understanding. I had an appointment with Gwen for a tooth extraction and with my being a very nervous patient gwen put me at ease straight away and talked me through the whole procedure step by step and looked after me to the highest standard. Many thanks to a great team.

Yesterday was my sons first dental appointment and despite him being very emotional we still had a lovely experience. Sue and Catrin on reception were so welcoming. Our appointment was with Gwen and she couldn’t have been nicer to my son. She and her nurse Helen were so patient with him and he even left with a balloon animal!! Also thank you to nurse Sasha for allowing us to sit in a quiet room whilst my son was getting agitated in the reception area.
