I have recently completed a long and complex course of treatment with West End Dental. This involved full upper and lower arch restoration with implant supported bridges. The level of patient care and professionalism I received from Dr Ferguson and Dr Gibson was second to none. I am absolutely delighted with the results, which have helped restore my self confidence. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you to all the team at West End Dental.

Yesterday I had a sinus graft and implant placed simultaneously which is quite a complex procedure. The dental nurse team and the dental surgeon were fantastic and they put me at my ease throughout. I have always been anxious and never thought I would be brave enough to go through such a procedure but have full confidence in such a professional team. I would like to thank Dr Kocis for his patience and attentiveness and the opportunity to discuss the treatment at anytime. Also to the nursing team for their wonderful approach and aftercare.

Friendly and helpful people.
Receptionist welcoming and smiling.
Dentist explained what he was doing at all stages of the examination and explained the next stages and how to go forward. Showed me the xrays of my teeth and explained the situation with my teeth.
Very impressed with the service so signed up on the spot.
Thank you. Restored my faith in people.

I have been looking for someone to simply cement my double implant crown back on. One place charged me £65 for just telling me I needed to see an implantologist (sic). The receptionist should have told me they!! Ahhhh!! VERY happy with the £275 bill and service I have received and they were only 30 minutes away in a friend’s car down the road! Westend Dental are great. Receptionists are pleasant and kind and the nurses are ordinary and caring and when I say ordinary I mean like me and have a great sense of humour. I spent 4 years in my late 30s at Harley Street getting my hellish teeth sorted. Finally I can be confident again!! They may not be the best looking teeth in the world but trust me when you have been walking around searching for help and looking like a hillbilly when your Husband just died they are GORGEOUS to me!

Always extremely friendly and caring.

Nervous client/patients well catered- for.

Timekeeping is impeccable - waiting room rarely occupied by anyone other than you, and then it’s only for a couple of minutes. In and out before you can say “agghhh!”

Appointments are sent to your mobile if you want, and reminder alerts by text and email sent as the date of your appointment approaches.

Another great visit to Helen Roper, my regular dental hygienist. It's reassuring to know my hygienist; Helen sets a relaxed & friendly atmosphere while looking after my teeth really well.

Highly recommend this dentist.
- Easy to book-in.
- Friendly staff.
- Felt very at ease during a procedure I had and the team were great.
- Offer a membership which works out v cost effective.
- Good quality with the services I've used so far.

Very pleasant and explained the procedure well. Dr Gibson has a very pleasant, considerate manner and explains what he is doing all of the time. He seems a very capable person and is able to carry out difficult tasks very well and also very quickly.
The following day I received a phone call checking that all was okay( which it was).
