Pros…
We had a nice stay despite of having an issue with the a/c of the room that was given to us but they managed it very well by transferring us to a different room considering that we have a toddler. The staffs are very accommodating and they responded very well to our needs.

Cons..
The hotel should adjust their pool timings (9am-5:30pm only) and do something with the safety of their guests (slippery and the water is too deep and cold). Some of their amenities (tv, shower, fridge) was not functioning well because I guess it’s old.

But indeed, we’ll go back again for our staycation.

Had an Iftar gathering arranged here. The food was just okay. The facility looks good and staff are attentive. Just had a bad experience when it came to valet parking- my friend who came in Patrol got valet parking and VIP treatment, just because we arrived in a Duster they refused to provide the service.
We’ll probably not be booking this place again, not worth it.

The place is Majestic! Thanks for the staff who gave us that scenic view of the lagoon.Double thumbs up to all helpful staff who eagerly attented to our needs though they were busy due to Eid occasion.Indeed we do enjoy our stay!

Pathetic prices! 25dh for water! 38 dhs for small coffee and 25 fr small juice ! Rip off ! Stay away ..Dubai is much cheaper Thn this.

great staff,they are friendly and accommodating from receptionist to room service with an excellent view of corniche as our per request which was granted..
