Normally I never visit chain coffee shops, but had an hour to spare at Sharjah airport before a flight and gave this place a try. I tried the usual Americano with milk, it actually had taste, which is better than usual at Costa. However the honey cake was slightly hard which means it wasn't that fresh. Coffee and cake came to around (£10.50 ) equivalent in Dirhams which is higher than the UK but most airport food places are more expensive than normal locations.

Has a good service upon waiting for our flight
First time to try this airport, has Costa which is well known cafe.

I have tried Cartado and hot chocolate, which cost 23 AED /each.

The service is good, not too much crowded place.

Nearby gate 20,22.

Nice place to wait your flight having a cup of coffee.

Wonderful coffees and snacks in a pleasant ambience …service is so good.please use the fresh milk instead of long life milk.

I ordered hot Mocha, and this is how they gave it. Full till the brim, very bitter..bitter than the usual. Sugar was not provided. No cardboard cup holder for a hot beverage. Did not live up to Costa standards. Do not opt for Costa here atleast (Shj airport)

Either it is mall, fuel station or airport lounge, it is always a soothing experience enjoying coffee and snacks at costa.

Went there last year and ordered tea and the sandwich. The tea tasted like lukewarm water.
The sandwich was ok in taste.

Got chocolate frappe, paid 28 dirhams for nothing, coffee shop is next to gate 6, 20, 21 . Small child girl is working there, I got the drink, it has kilogram of sugar, she put 20 grams of fresh milk only, the rest was shake powder she said, what kind of recepie this Costa has or she is doing what she wants? It was poison not a drink, sugar poison,
