Amazing couch, amazing people to train with and the best equipment used for both beginners and intermediate people.

No shame in starting this instead of gym as the efforts you make within will show results in less than 2 weeks.

People love to be there. To me sounds a little awkward place due to the location. I am sure they must be serving the best which attracts crowds.

Very good fitness center just like army training but very much expensive as compared to regular gyms.
