I had take a good service there for facial , body care and it was a great experience especially with this Imran, he is a new staff there, very kind and polite staff.thanks for the management and all staff there.highly recommended place.

Do not waste time with this dealer. They will sell you rubish. Bought a car for 4k. Lots of problems. !!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I bought a car from M Cars last year and it broke down less than three months later - two days before Christmas. The garage were spectacularly unhelpful and the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I was unable to drive the car for FIVE MONTHS because it had so many faults and they refused to help. I looked into my legal rights and they were 100% responsible but they wouldn't pay for a garage near me to do the repairs, as they were obligated to. I ended up paying £150 getting it low-loaded back to them for repair and they said they would drop the car back to me. They then refused and threatened to start charging me storage fees if I didn't go and collect it, even though it had been there less than a week. When I got the car home I realised it had more dents and scratches than it went in with. They completely ignored my email complaint, despite photographic evidence. To be honest, it was so stressful I didn't have the energy to pursue it. The car then broke down again a month after they had 'fixed it'. A guy called Saleem was particularly aggressive and unpleasant. It was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. Such a shame there isn't a no star option.

Incredibly poor service & clearly not set up or has the desire to sell online/remotely in the 21st century. My 74 year old mother tried to engage with this business to buy her next car online. Due to distance involved, she was unable to travel so asked a number of valid, relevant and frankly normal questions about the cars history, condition, and roadworthiness. Due to her work commitments (yep, still working!), most of the communication was via email, although due to a lack of response, she also requested I ring them to try and secure some form of reply. No response to my phone message either. Eventually they did respond to her query with vague and non specific details other than the full dealer history summary from the manufacturer - which was at least one positive. She requested a quick video walk around (advertised on their website) but was informed this wasn't a service they provided so she settled on asking them to complete a quick video of the vehicle starting from cold. They committed to doing this. After that, she was anticipating making an offer, paying, having the car delivered and everyone would be happy. Radio silence from then, no responses to any follow ups. Complete disregard for an elderly customer who had the guts to explore online car purchasing! She can't recommend this business at all and is now happy to take her money to another dealer that actually wants it! Zero stars if Google allowed it.

Bad experience here. The sales team were pleasant enough however I viewed a car based on their description. On inspection after wasting time, fuel and money to get there it was clear the car had accident damage. Unfortunately this was not described before attending and when asked about it any responsibility for how the car arrived to them and who was responsible was shrugged off.
Unfortunately I wouldn't trust the quality of their vehicles or sales practice and would avoid them.

Brilliant guys with a fantastic service! Explained my budget and the needs I have from the car, Hassan showed me a variety cars and gave me all the details. Was a very smooth and easy process. Would 100% recommend

It's good to have the post code to find - RH4 6LG as no sign on the main road. Don't be put off by the bumpy road as once there, it's all good. Friendly people looking out for us and showing the way. Car ready and waiting, no nonsense, helpful and honest service followed by efficient paperwork in the comfortable office. Insurance and car documents sorted quickly so we were able to drive away with the new car. I thoroughly recommend M Cars. Thank you.
