Disgusting toilets, even the kitchen looks gross. My rule is not to eat somewhere that has a gross toilet.. so took a look at the kitchen area.. yup won’t eat here

No paper or soap: Dirty toilets: told by batista in charge there was no fresh soap/paper replacement in the building: What do the staff use to clean their hands? Potential hub for spreading diseases? Long queue: tetchy staff: poorly served drinks - NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!

You can never go wrong with a Costa coffee and these guys are proof of that, staff are great especially bridgette , never had a long wait in here and everyone is always quick and polite.

Visited a fair amount. Usually good but last 2;weeks service has been a bit poor.
One member of staff doesn't talk to you at all while ordering. I had to complain my gingerbread latte didn't have gingerbread in it. I'm a polite person. Staff grabbed my cup, huffed, put the gingerbread syrup In and shoved the cup back in my hand. He was so annoyed at serving me what Id asked and paid for. AND they charge for milk alternatives. Actually won't visit again. Much nicer independent ones nearby.

I really like Costa.

The food: Food here is quite delicious for quick meals. The sandwiches are very good. I had both a cold sandwich and a hot sandwich and both were very tasty.

The Staff: Staff were very sweet and helpful.

The Coffee: Coffee was better than Starbucks for sure. It was bold in taste and not too acidic.

The Tea: The tea here is very fresh and tasty.

Coming here every day for years. Terrible now, don't make your coffee right, don't cut toasties in half, slow, I'm gutted service is so bad.

Went in yesterday again the place has got worse ????

The service is fine but the hygiene in store is awful. Toilets are filthy and need a deep clean and refresh.

Not a great experience. The lady who took my order was great.

The drinks we received were limp and lifeless. The gingerbread and cream latte were touched by the cream dispenser but didn't look anything like the picture and we didn't get a gingerbread biscuit on top, again like the picture. Maybe they were rationing. Not great for the price paid.
