I did a pedicure from here ,the lady was sooo rude and she hurt me few times .
She think that she is the only person who knows about pedicure, whatever she tell we will believe it. NOT recommended at all for manicure and pedicure

I paid for 105 for 7 points that you can use off the list, they accused me of not paying and I then shown them the transaction of the credit card and still they insisted and looking at the books, to top if off they wasted two hours of my time. I have never been to a salon where they have treated me like that. You make a appointment they keep you waiting for 30 mins. really bad customer service.

In addition the facial they gave me was supposed to be luxury well I could do a better job myself. All they do is natter and don't concentrate on the client. Please do not go there.

One of the worst places for haircut. I went for a simple layer haircut and showed them a picture for reference.The haircut looks so choppy and unblended, nowhere near the picture. Waste of money.

Starting from professional customer services to amazing treatment from the staff. I did protein treatment and I m so in love with my hair. Thank you kalthoum for the hair treatment , Majida for the friendly professional management and your makeup talent and entire team. I have recommended my family and friends too.

Worst worst worst salon i have ever visited. I went for low lights and she literally made a huge mess with my hair. She use cut down almost for an hour and after that hair dye didn’t even made any effect on my hair. I came out with yellow golden head and everyone made my fun. Next day i washed my hair because due to too much bleaching i have infected scalps and my all hair got tangled i put oil to loose them.
They don’t have any idea just to make money how they are torturing people.
Another funny thing they sent me msg for feedback and when i open the link I wasn’t able to rate them or write any feedback because by the time you click the link to give feedback they get the 5 stars ????
I have paid 600 dhs again to fix my hair but the scalps and hair damage will take monthssss to repair i belive.
Plzz don’t go here.

Very pathetic experience! Staff is so rude, they first i came and asked for the package they showed me the list and there was 2 points for pedicure and 2 point for leg wax but th n after 15 monts i came again to ask for the package you show me before staff said 3 ponits for Pedicure and 3 points for leg wax. This is our new package that wAs old and not existing now! They are fraud and mostly customers are complain in the saloon as well! Municipality show take action against thme!! Staff don’t have manner at all! ????????????
