I am a regular here until this morning ....bought 8pcs of chicken roll and 6pcs of veg roll and a sandwich.

I request for 4 small paper plates which get refused saying that u can only get if u dinning in ....I explain the lady it's for workers...if they have this tiny plate ..they can eat comfortably.

Seems like the lady has a fight with her husband or with someone...absolutely rude in terms of replying even if its a no....they have nice saffs mostly and in facts the lady who served me.sound sweet but the other one who refused with attitude make me sounds that she owns the bakery....

To owners - pls train ur staff particularly that lady how to say no politely....

Worst experience. The table was not clean and when i ask them to clean the table then the lady gave me the tissue paper and asked me to clean saying that its self service. Self service doesnt mean that you have to clean the table. She was a bit rude. No cleanliness at all.

I used to eat delicious chicken puffs and tea some times but today my experience was horrible, I bought 2 chicken puffs , 1 falafel sandwich, 1 toast bread ,1 chicken nugget and a cup of tea, I swear every thing had bad smell coming from inside that you can't smell it , when I went to Indian lady on counter , she said it's egg smell and it's normal , She replace it for me but again very bad smell coming from everything, the tea has so much sugar in it that you can't drink it.
I think this because they changed their staff before there was Philippino lady taking care of taste freshness and everything but now I saw indian lady and they don't care of bad smell coming from everything after putting it in Oven.
I want to bring this negligence infront of owner kindly bring previous cook who give us fresh taste.

Your chicken hotdog sandwich was my favorite always, and when we went to Syria for holiday, long time ago, we bought many food for our car trip , and we enjoyed, I still remember that old days.
I hope I can find your products more often in many places.
