The worst costumer service
Director is a great person but the rest staff behavior and culture is worse…..

Need to focus and change that culture otherwise if one competitor come they will lose all costumers ……

After advance payment you have to wait for months they don’t care about your stock and your order and problem in market

They trying to catch another costumer and give priority to new costumers and forget the old and honest costumers which completely failed policy ……
