Was supported by Anandhu and another service advisor. Went for gear oil and engine oil change. Quick turnaround. Prices were a few Dirhams lower but products were genuine. Vehicle felt far smoother after the oil change. Seating area near reception is sparse but usable for a short visit. No WiFi. Hot drinks were available from vending machine for a charge. Free drinkable water. It's not an agency workshop and it's not a roadside workshop either. Somewhere in between. Definitely not priced high nor cheap. Location is in industrial Sharjah and their capacity is 60-75 vehicles at a time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this car workshop and the service I received was truly exceptional, especially due to a staff member named Bibin.

From the moment I arrived, Bibin demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. His communication was clear and he took the time to explain the service process in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.

They have did amazing job with the car . After i did an accident with my car was . it was repaired perfectly from their side . They are so cooperative and there is Mr.Ashok who was helping with my car and got it to it’s perfect shape now , always updating in the status of the car and how the procedure going . I recommend to deal with him he is an operation manager there . He is Very Humble and helpful .

I have taken my car many times to Dhanya center for repair after accidents as they are professional and and deliver high quality of service. The advisors are very helpful and patient to give you all details related to your vehicle condition and related works. Also they kept you updated all time with the progress.
Waiting areas available for male and female.

Very good Auto care center for all type of mechanical, electrical and painting jobs for any make. They have very huge facility and highly qualified staffs. Highly recommended.

Worst service . As they are big business they don't care. They will take care you by your look . I was have disability in my leg and they didn't even care . The funny part was they were serving people after me and keeping stand. And when I asked for the spare part they are not having in stock .
