I had ordered a birthday cake for my son. Being a regular customer, I had no second thoughts about ordering from Dibba. The customized cake was made exactly as per my design choice and was delicious. I had also placed an order for cream cupcakes, which looked beautiful and tasted great. They also delivered the cake to the party location within the agreed time frame.
If you’re looking for delicious and budget-friendly cakes, look no further. Dibba is the best!

Dear Dibba bakes,
Iam a regular customer Who recently experienced an issue with my purchase - I found a big thread inside the bread. While I understand mistakes can happen, I felt concerned and disappointed with the lack of satisfactory communication.

I promptly informed the responsible person and received an apology, but I was not pleased with the approach and kindness during the conversation. It would be beneficial to improve communication channels and handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
I suggested implementing regular quality checks and establishing a follow -up procedure for customer who experience issues. This would show that you value your customer and their feedback, leading to increased trust and loyalty.

My intention is not to criticize but to offer helpful insights as a dedicated customer.

Branch of the dibba bakery chain in al nahda sharjah in the same building of carrefour. All their bakery items are of good quality. We mostly have snacks from here like banana fry, egg puffs, pastries, chicken rolls, samoosa and unnakkai. Occasionally on kids birthday , we have been ordering birthday cakes from here and I would definitely recommend getting cakes from here. Also try the carrot cake which comes in single piece pack for 1.50 dhs.

Pathetic service.. staff there are just to provoke Ur anger.
However, Cake quality is ok. Not that great.

Just loved their strawberry cake, which was not too moist but was melting in mouth, not too over sweet but was perfectly flavoured ❤️

Having known the place for years now sorry to say that the service has gone really bad nowadays, ofcourse no comments on the food. No respect to people waiting, today i had to walk out because despite being first to wait at the counter being ignored by the salesman and also seeing another lady came before me who also did the courtesy of waiting for the salesman being ignored. The salesman was busy serving a walk-in customers who comes in and orders out of the queve or does not have the courtesy to wait for others to finish.
Suggestions; have more sales personnel
Or make a queve system.

I tried their blueberry cheesecake last time and it was very nice ,my kids really loved it .in fact it was Michael the shop In charge who suggested and helped me to choose the cake for me he was really helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy!
