Starting from the reservation, my all experience is great. I made my reservation by phone call. Everything is the same with as we discussed on the phone. There was no any price difference when we arrived to the airport. Yusuff is really helpful. He is always available on whatsapp whenever we asked something he replied immediately. It is very good experiences for us. We are so satisfied about their services.

Very poor service! I waited more than two months to get my deposit back, I didn’t receive any reminder from the company that supposed to inform me the due day of returning the car. Even though they noticed they have wrong email address but wouldn’t bother to call me to correct the email address.

They supposed to return the deposit after 30 working days which I waited, however it’s delayed for another month without any further notice or reason. I contacted the staff and got no valuable reply, they kept me waiting but they are unable to tell me the reason why the deposit is delayed for such a long time.

Be careful with this company and their service, you can choose a better one and save yourself a lot of trouble and bad emotions.

The best renting car experience I had. Very convienient and very flexible. The most important thing is the very good prices compared to other companies. I would like to specially thank Ms. Synica Dsouza for her help, and immediate response to our calls and whatsapp.

I give Dollar Rental Cars 5 stars because they are only agency I found that would rent me a car and allow me to take the car to Oman. My recommendation is if you rent from them DO NOT, pick up your car at Sharjah Airport. Go to their office in downtown or pick up the car at Dubai Airport. Picking up and dropping off the car at Sharjah Airport is chaotic. But other than that, they are a good organization.
