Arrived here at 0300 am. Staff was quick to serve. Good variety of drinks and food on menu. Ample sitting.
However, sitting space is used as waiting area by a lot of customers. Tables aren’t cleared for long and so you have to clear the tables yourself to sit down. Inner seats have charging plugs under the seats, leading them to be hogged for long. The seats in the periphery don’t have charging points leading to higher turnover of customers and messy tables.

The place is Pretty all right but the tables haven't been cleaned and I had to clean them by myself when I had to take one. I think they should take care of this too as it's more about Hygiene.
Great customer service and it looks like there is are multilingual staff of which it makes the life easier for the travellers. Really appreciated.

The food and coffees were excellent.

I highly recommend this cafe in the airport! As an Gatwick airport employee, I've always had a great experience here. The coffee is delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is also very comfortable and welcoming.

Friendly crew and same great tasting hot chocolate. The place needs a makeover though as it appears a little tired and overused.

Typical Costa, large coffee chain.
Good amount of seating, situated in Gatwick ST arrivals. Perfect if your waiting for someone.
Make sure you use these app for loyalty scheme. Pleasant staff!

The place wasn't very busy when I visited. Currently 7 members of staff and four of which are watching the other 3 (2 girls and a guy) work. The place looks like a bomb has gone off with open milk left all over the counters, floors are filthy as are tables. If you want to pay a premium price to wait 15 mins for a latte while workers one to four toss it off this is the place for you.

Honestly, worst custom service. Most of the seating area was closed for cleaning and yet wasn't be cleaned, looked like it had already been closed. I asked if we could seat as we had two trolleys and just replied with it's closed. No help with find chairs to seat and eat our dinning in food!
Also once the young staff finally prepared my drink, i drank it and the cream topping tasted sour, so I was served gone off cream yay. Ps I don't know where this Costa gets its ham from but its looks and tastes like spamm, orange ham like.
