Absolutely fantastic customer service here. We bought a van from them a couple of months ago. We spotted a few things that needed fixing on the van such as a chip in the windscreen and they replaced everything new for when we picked the van up, at no extra cost. They were honest and reliable the whole time.

We ended up having our steering fluid pipe go within the first 3 months which wasn’t covered under the AA warranty. Without prompt they said they would pay the local garage we were getting it fixed at.

Can’t fault the service from them. Plus they gave a great suggestion for fish n chips in Grimsby. What more could you want.

Michael at the Van franchise Grimsby got me quickly into an excellent van at a great price. On collection the van was serviced and in immaculate presentation. Can not recommend these guys highly enough.

Thought I better leave a review since I have bought 2 vans from them now the last been a year ago. Very professional service from start to finish nothing to much trouble would highly recommend. Keep up the good work will be back for my 3rd van. Thanks Mark Tuff ????

I bought a 17 plate van, when I collected the van it was clean and prepped to a good standard. Unfortunately after a 100 miles a fault occurred with the add blue system. I called The Van Franchise told them of my issue with the van, they acted promptly and were very helpful. The workshop manager went out of his way to help, they asked me to return the van and lent me a nearly new van to go home in. The fault was a difficult one to track down and in the mean time I needed a larger van, so the workshop manger who again could not be more helpful sent one of his lads out again with a nearly new but larger van as I requested. The guy collecting the van was pleasant, polite and helpful, once my van was sorted the same guy delivered my van back and collected the loan van, I lived 50 miles from them which was not an issue for them. The Van Franchise sell good clean vans, their staff are helpful and polite, customer service and after sales are is it should be A1.

We just brought a Renault Traffic from Sean Evens of The Van Franchise, honestly I must say this is the best level of service we have ever received when buying a vehicle, Sean was absolutely amazing through the whole process and can not praise him highly enough.

Van franchise have supplied all of our fleet and their back up is exemplary. We had a fault with a vehicle which from initial call, to the vehicle arriving at the workshop ,to swift accurate diagnosis and remedy was communicated by the office team through the excellent mechanical expertise of Martin and his team in the technician bays .
They understand if your van wheels ain’t turning, your company ain’t earning.
Highly recomend purchasing vans , company support, servicing ,repair and mot to a business time scale .
