Never use this company. they will write off the deposit for the car as payment and you will have to remind them to return. The money return process takes 30 days. they make a return through an intermediary, so you will not receive the entire amount, but only a part. stay away from these liars and scoundrels!

Really unprofessional customer service. I've been trying to contact on their number since morning but there is no response. The person who handles whatsapp checks my messages but does not reply. What kind of service is this?

Worst car hire in the world warning do not book. Did not collect me from the airport waited for 1.5hrs. The guy came to my hotel trying to bump up the prices and not even apologetic. They don’t know how to speak English poor man’s car rental business lol. BUT AVOID !!!!!!!! Look at the reviews all ghost accounts that have given them 5 stars lol.

Excellent service, very professional staff, great car condition, clean and well maintained. Would recommend to friends who are looking to rent a car. Customer service and professionalism is way above the other rental companies in the UAE.

Very bad experience, they are people of bad faith, after having harassed them for more than a month to recover my deposit, they added new charges, such as the level of gasoline not respected, while I had put too much, or a day of rental in addition, while it is the hirer who arrived well after the scheduled time to recover the vehicle!
To this day, I still haven't got my deposit back!
In spite of their great commercial smile, to flee absolutely!
I pay a little more with international rental companies, but no bad surprises in the end!!!!!
