Was looking for an Auxiliary battery for my Volvo XC90, looked at all big players but was unavailable. I was surprised that Mr Parker not only found the battery but at reasonable price for a door step delivery.

Amazing customer service from Mr Parker, highly recommend him for any battery needs.

Shakir was super great in his service today I called at 11:30 pm before midnight. He reached me within 30 min and finished the battery replacement in 5 min. He was very friendly and positive employee ... I am over satisfied with the service. Thanks Shakir

I came back from work late at night (1 am) and couldn't start my car. I called this company and the gentleman was at the place where I had my car parked within 20 min. He was really fast with changing the battery. I truly recommend their services, excellent job! Thank you.

I spend a lot of time in hospital with my 38yr old special needs son. I’ve sometimes had to wait hours for an ambulance home, this just takes up a desperately needed bed on a ward. The last time we had F.A.S.T Ambulance service and apart from being really quick, the staff were second to none. Very friendly and treated my son and I with respect . Would definitely recommend them. Thank you to the lovely crew .

A huge thank you to Matt and Tom who brought my mother home from hospital over the May bank holiday weekend. It was very difficult circumstances but they were so caring, efficient and professional. Wonderful service and superb care from them both. They went above and beyond, so many thanks.

Well what do I say ,it's the best job I ever had but on the other hand it's the worst . It's management is horrendous they have no people skills.....before I left I was taking 4 zopiclone sleeping tablets a week, but now nothing ...my anxiety levels have dropped and my mental health has improved. I have yet to find someone who has left fast that regrets it..they have their favourites who get the early shifts...Don't join this company if you think you will get a reference to forward your career, because you won't....they will never support their staff,..check their staff turnover it speaks for itself..also a word of advice turn your personal phones off at night ,because if you don't and your female be prepared for very inappropriate text messages...the training is dreadful and I've no idea how the ambulances get through the mot...any vehicles with lights on their dash is an instant fail,but fast somehow manages to push their vehicles through mot

Real quality drivers; one of these patient transport "Ambulances" overtook on the inside of traffic and changed lanes without indicating. If it looks like a taxi and drives like a taxi, then it's just a taxi with the word ambulance stuck to the outside.

This has to be the worst experience of transport for patients l have ever come across. My husband was being transferred from south mead hospital Bristol to RD&E Exeter on Friday September 21st 2018. My husband with a spinal injury was strapped to a narrow stretcher, was ment to be transferred from Bristol at 12noon that day but was collected at 4pm then was taken to Taunton to collect a patient to be told that he then had to go to Yeovil to drop this other patient back who was capable of sitting in a chair. Only then would he be taken to the RD&E which would have probably arrived about 10pm. My husband was cold,uncomfortable,stressed and very tearful to the extent he was going to discharge his self at Taunton because he couldn’t take any more. Theses instructions came from on call manager Kerry Davis and Director Tony Morrison. The crew were Jenny and T Tewake from Bath who also found the whole situation very upsetting....

Poor management structure and no support. Left my mental health in tatters working non stop through lockdowns and the pandemic. Best decision leaving this company. Over the top expectations from staff and spoken to like garbage. If you think you would like to worked into the ground and treated with no respect then this is job for you. Cqc should have a peek as the standards for a healthcare company are abysmal. Faulty equipment but no problems duct tape and cable ties can't fix.

Awful company. Definitely a private firm just extracting taxpayers cash from the NHS.

Patient care is not top priority, defective equipment and vehicles, unqualified staff, unethical employment policies.
