Clean and neat building. Mr Sibi ( Manager ) is very cooperative when it comes to immediate assistance. Watchman NOOR and Khurshid takes care of day to day maintenance work. In short best place to consider if you are planning to move somewhere near Al nahda sharjah.

All the staff is very approachable and hospitable.. especially the secretary in the bldg Mr sibi …

Very good place to have affordable and safe family apartment in Sharjah Al Nahda Area .... Bldg is veryuch close to both Al etihad and MBZ Road

Living here since long. One of the cleanest buildings of Sharjah and the credit goes to Ms. Roda (Building Manager) who personally checks everything and resolve the issue at the earliest possible. She has a marvelous attitude and always friendly.

Good Building but the management is not so clear on financial terms.. Heraed they don't pay back deposit or do unnecessary cuts on deposit amount.

Worst management ever i seen, they are money eaters and dont expect the Deposit back. There is a manager lady sitting .. she is real cheater

take commission for all thing and cutting all deposit for nothing ...

She says so many excuses

eat my 2500 dhs from 4000 DHS i paid for silly reasons and their mistakes dont take apartment in Dulf tower
