ما يردون على الاتصالات ولو ردو بصدفه يحولونك على شخص مب موجود اتوقع 7 مرات او اكثر اتصل لهم عشان بس اجدد بياناتي ولا حد موجود ولو بنروح المبنى يقولون ممنوع الدخول ليش مصعبين علينا الامور!!!

Been delivering to me for over 20 years. Needed more ovoids so phoned on Monday morning and 10 bags were delivered Monday afternoon. Can’t get better. 5 star treatment.

Bought three bags of smokeless fuel from the lads at Dixon today. Don’t bother with the rubbish you buy from supermarkets, this stuff is less than half price, burns longer and is hotter. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere, just buy from here. Highly recommended. Five stars!

Great service, as always. Super quick delivery. Friendly and very helpful delivery driver. Efficient and courteous staff, taking order and calling back with delivery day. Certainly the best option - bulk ordering a quality product from a local, independent supplier who clearly values the service they provide. Thanks!

Really good quality very high heat output smokeless fuel at competitive prices - tried other firms but have now stuck with Dixons for about the last 15 years friendly service too????

We've been sourcing our coal from Darren and the team at Dixon's coal for around 10 years. Preferring to collect fuel for ourselves and the mother-in-law rather than have it delivered, we've always been served promptly and courteously.....that's why we're repeat customers. The coal is very good quality and reasonably-priced.

This will be the first review I have ever left but genuinely feel like it is worth doing after unfortunately a really poor experience.
I wanted some smokeless coal for a multi fuel stove. After looking on the website and seeing they deliver to Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Retford and surrounding areas and also researching the different types of coal I thought I would give them a call for more info, help and advice as it says on the website to call their team/experts. I wanted further advice on which type of coal to buy, how much per bag it is and whether I should collect or get a delivery.
The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, interrupted me immediately asking where do I live, and then saying we don’t deliver there unless you’re buying a large amount, despite seeing a neighbour receiving delivery that week, which made me contact this company. Could have possibly been the owner I spoke to. No interest in asking how much I wanted to buy, if I was happy to collect or offer any advice to my question. Lost a potential returning loyal customer and made me feel obliged to leave a negative review.
Why advertise yourself as a family run buisness serving the areas you say and to contact the team for more info if you’re going to be greeted in that manner when making a genuine call to enquire? It doesn’t take much for some decent customer service and to be right/sound with folk.
