Fantastic service even at relatively short notice. The driver was polite, professional and helpful. My partner had a terrible experience at the airport and he put me at ease that all would be fine.
My partner said what a genuinely nice man the driver was, very knowledgeable and intelligent. The car was comfortable and clean. He was even offered to put the seats back to have a sleep but declined and decided to have a chat instead.

This wonderful taxi firm came to pick me up from my broken down vehicle on the side of the A120 and got me to work for a full days work. Went the extra mile, no pun but, they're a million miles ahead and lovely folks to deal with. They can do, and do, do. USE THEM.

Booked for transporting bridesmaids so wanted something smart. Driver arrived bang on time, very well presented, was helpful and very nice, comfortable vehicle which suited occasion. Price reasonable also.

Have used Phoenix Cars a number of times on short and long journeys and am always left very impressed. Top level service, great communication and always very reasonable prices. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services!
