It's a nice car park in a good location with good pricing (atm £1.60 p/h) surface needs some work with all the potholes but again you're paying pennies compared to other parking nearby

If Your In Cheltenham Don't Use This Car Park.
Appalling car park, worst car park in Cheltenham. Pot holes surface. Came here for appointment struggled to find a space that wasn't a massive pool of water on a wet day. Was 16 minutes over what cameras allow even as I was struggling since treatment getting in and around and into the car. And then got £65.00 parking charge even though we had paid for 3 hours parking. Absolute nightmare to add to a very disappointing day.

DON'T PARK HERE! it's run by crooks.

I paid for a 2 hour ticket and returned at the time my ticket said. Then two weeks later was shocked to receive a £100 fine because I apparently didn't pay for enough time. I wasn't aware they film you entering and exiting at the barrier, and because I was 14 minutes over (due to the time it took me to unload and reload my two small children- 7 minutes to get them out and go buy a ticket, 7 minutes to wrestle them back in when we were leaving) they whacked me with a fine.

Safe to say, I'll never park here again! I've never experienced that anywhere else. Even parking wardens give you a grace period, no grace period given here!!

AVOID. I would give 0 stars if possible. This car park is poorly maintained. The surface is dust, so on the dry night I went, it blew everywhere. I imagine it would get very muddy when wet. I was issued a parking fine despite using the paybyphone parking app. I've just submitted my appeal via the europarks website, which was a convoluted process and now I have to wait 35 days to find out if I was successful.

The price is deceptive as it says £1.40 for 1 hr, but if your using your PaybyPhone app it charges you 60p extra everytime.

It is still one of the cheapest but the prices have gone up. They now use cameras so do not be tempted to overstay. The BIG issue now is the poor quality surface. Fine if you drive a tank. If not you risk getting stuck in a hole - yes they are huge - or at least damage to your tyres. I was hopeful of a fix when I saw the tractor but no sign of any work. Come out Euro Car Parks sort it out!

It's a 24 hour parking which is so convenient, and the prices are reasonable as well!

Terrible car park. Pot holes all over the place and if the pot holes don’t get you then the fines will. Despite paying for my parking I was fined for making an error when entering my registration number. Avoid this car park at all costs
