We are specialized bakers of Egyptian Balady bread also known as ‘Aish Balady’, Aish means life in Arabic and is a must have for any authentic Egyptian meal. The bread is popular with all Egyptians and non-Egyptians, regardless of their income, education level or social standing.

Egyptian bread is made from whole wheat flour with added bran to give it a unique texture that is very different from pita and other forms of softer Arabic breads.
