Third class. 1 star because no option for 0 star. I purchased flat on rent 3 months back in Qasimia Sharjah and there is no maintenance in the flat for electric switches and lights, washroom and kitchen fittings broken and leak, pipelines and geyser rusted throwing red and brown water. Follow ups every 3 days since 3 months no response.
Feel they are good to work with labor camps only. Not professional for residential services.
My experience is worst with them.
Will recommend think 10 times before chosing them.

It's worst when you give them deposit amount. After you contract finish they are not give you your money. All management are fraud

And not return deposit money

They don't do maintenance of flat and charge annual commission. I deal with from 2014 and my experience was worst. When you will go for cancellation of flat they will charge so called admin fee for nothing.
